About Us
Our mission is to provide exposure, development, and mentorship to underrepresented girls to accelerate their path to social impact executive leadership.
Every young woman deserves the opportunity to lead.
Yet, women of color remain vastly underrepresented in top leadership roles globally.
WEN supports the leadership development, career acceleration, and global exposure of young women.
