GLOW R.I.S.E. (Resilience, Integrity, Self-confidence, Empowerment) is designed to cultivate the leadership potential of middle and high school girls.

The program creates a safe environment to destigmatize mental health, equip participants with tools to enhance social-emotional wellbeing, and foster an understanding of the importance of personal and community wellness.

Leadership Development

Our program focuses on nurturing essential leadership skills through weekly structured activities and lessons. Participants learn how to lead with resilience, integrity, and confidence—core values that lay the foundation for lifelong success.
Mental Well-being Support

We prioritize the mental health of our participants, offering dedicated resources and activities that promote emotional resilience and self-care. GLOW R.I.S.E. ensures that young women have the tools they need to thrive, both personally and academically.
Post-Secondary Exposure

We provide exposure to higher education and career opportunities through field lessons and mentorship. Participants gain insights into their future paths and are equipped with the knowledge and connections to pursue their dreams.
Parent Resources

Monthly parent resources delivered in the parent newsletter to share skills and tools developed in the program for continuity at home
Community and Global Networking

As part of the GLOW Network, R.I.S.E. participants join a global community of peers and mentors. This network provides invaluable opportunities for cultural exchange, collaboration, and support, extending far beyond the duration of the program.
