Our Mission
Women Empowering Nations is a non-profit organization that provides exposure, development and mentorship for underserved girls of color to accelerate their path to social impact executive leadership.
Women Empowering Nations carries out its mission with 3P's that are integral components to our programs: Power, Purpose, and Platform.

Power // Self-esteem and self-efficacy development
Through self-esteem development, young women build this foundational factor that impacts their drive and persistence of behavior. In growing to love and believe in themselves they are more inclined to be confident and receptive to leadership opportunities.

Purpose // Leadership Training and Mentorship
In the development of leadership skills and mentorship, girls gain the ability and conviction to become a principled leader. Developing this skill set and providing opportunities to practice leading, girls grow to become women who lead in school, work, and their community.

Platform // Travel Seminars and International Exposure
The travel seminar expands girls' expectations, self-efficacy, and global view thus lighting a new path of potential outcomes for their life. Girls also develop as citizens who value diversity, challenge bias, and have a passion for continual learning through experience.

We envision a world where girls of color in positions of global social impact executive leadership catalyze unprecedented economic mobility and wellness for communities and nations. Through their transformative influence, we aspire to witness a future where diversity and inclusion propel sustainable progress, shaping a more equitable and thriving global society.
