I want to expand my immersion into advocacy by joining an international network of changemakers like me. As I approach the end of my high school career, GLOW Global Cohortβs career-readiness workshops will help me strategically use my undergraduate years as a catalyst for a lifetime of service.

Meet Denia
Denia is a high-performing high school student growing up in a predominantly white environment. Traumatized by the consistent killings of Black people seen in the media and the unpredictability of the criminal justice system she desired to use research, grassroots mobilization, and political advocacy to combat inequalities minority groups face in the legal system.
Denia yearned for community with other Black women and development opportunities to fuel career in social impact which led her to WEN.
